UNLOCK A CELL PHONE

I have a T-moblie razor that I need to get unlocked to use for Cingular or ATT. Anyone know how or someone that can do it?

I call Phill and text him and he never got back to me. This was weeks befor the meeting.

try 0000 or your last 4 of the cell number..

if you have current service they can help you unlock it. tell them you are going out of the country and you need to unlock the sim card so you can be able to use your phone. if not you can ask ice. he should point you in the right direction.
