A Honda motorcycle crashed into a four-door sedan in the 3100 block of East Florence Avenue about 8:15 p.m. Monday, Huntington Park police Lt. Cosme Lozano said.
The rider, a man in his 30s, was declared dead at a hospital, Lozano said. His female passenger was hospitalized with what Lozano called serious injuries. Their names were withheld.
The sedan's driver was uninjured, Lozano said.
The motorcycle's front end was damaged, and the rear door on driver's side of the sedan was pushed in, On Scene Video reported.
