Has anyone here bought or know someone that has bout fairings from HongKing through ebay?

There are a couple sellers on ebay and their feedback on some has to do either with the shipping time OR the fairings not fitting as expected. This one here actually guarantees the fitting on your bike. So I was just wondering if anyone has ordered these kinds of plastics...

yeah.. they guarantee a lot of things on ebay...
even if it will fit to the screws, they are still going to be loose ends.

fern, i used some of these on a bike, and for the money, i would do it again....yeah, some the shit didnt line up perfectly....but what do you expect? the finished product looks good, just have to tweak it a lil here and a lil there....either that and spend a crap load more on factory plastics.....

its never gauranteed, but Hong Kong is shady.. if u get something just expect it to be off fitting.. or not the sameas item de.scription...


I ordered a set of racing pegs and they came rather quickly, but one of them was not drilled out properly.. so i have to drill the hole out myself...

expect dissapointment, if u get a good deal, then its a plus..

I almost bought a kit for a Christmas present... Until I realized shipping cost almost twice as much as the damn plastics do...

I didn't buy plastics, but I did buy some stuff on eBay from Hong Kong. Right after I bought it, the listing got taken off of eBay. Paypal started looking into it (because I had already paid for the product), it took 2 weeks for shipping and the seller never contacted me; even after I sent him/her emails. I almost challenged the paypal transaction but the package ended up getting to my place the day before I was going to call the bank... Oh, and the shit ended up being knock offs. I don't care because it was cheap as hell and I should have expected it, but the quality of the product is pretty good for being a knock off!

Buying from Hong Kong is a gamble, I would think.

Yes as Oki mentioned the fairing set is 3 something and shipping is 2something. But I figured 500 bucks for a whole set of plastics is still good.

Im holding off on it, Ive been emailing the seller back and forth and they do reply that same day or within a few hrs.

They also list out their phone number if you would like to contact them so that makes it a little more "legit" But either way I'll just rock mine till they fall out! lol

YeaH fernie lol same prob here. I want that corona fairing complete set. But i saw the feedback most is good but the negatives are for taking almost a month to ship.. i dont know i was actually waiting for someone to post up about it as well.. I really want that set and it's 500 bucks

you can always have your own shit repaired and painted for about the same price... and you choose the color, you dont have to choose from the limited selections already out their...

make you a custom L.A. dodger fernooch paint scheme.. for about 5 bills......

Also, race plastics are about the same from Cheetah or sharks skins.. and theyre sttaeside....

ive just been looking for fairings for a while on ebeay but noluck.

josue my fairings are not repairable i really dont want / need a custom paint job im ok with stock. too bad i cant even get stock lol

I've seen a bunch of different sets. Some are good and some are shitty. There's certain people of ebay to buy from. I think Auctmarts or something like that are good to buy from.

Also, theres a place in OC that sells after-market ABS plastics as well. I've seen them advertise group buys and did a couple sells before. Try hitting them up.

Heard their stuff is good and will also do different color schemes for the same price as they advertise as well. But thats just what I heard.

Maybe get a group buy together or something.
