Ok, here is the deal, since I am moving and the only one living in the place.
I want my homies to get a shot at a cool ass aprtment. This place is large, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two car garage with two garage doors, access to laundry 24/7, only 4 unit complex, ac, large kitchen, big ass living room, lots of other parking. balcony for the two bathrooms, new carpet (less than year old) and i did not have any shoes on in the house.
deposit is one months rent $1500
rent will be: $1500/month with maid once every two weeks on Tuesday.
option without maid: $1450/month
Location is off by the 91 freeway and the 5 freeway. (From 91, South about three miles, exit Lincoln and three streets East.) Ohio and Lincoln.
