" Solid experience supporting desktops and PCs.
" Microsoft background including domain Active Directory
experience is required.
" Experience with Exchange is highly preferred.
" Cisco background is required, including experience
troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
" Experience with Cisco VoIP is highly preferred.
" Some driving to other locations in Southern California is
required
Education:
" BA/BSC in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
" CCNA is highly desired.
" MCSE is a plus.
